Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and Gilly Loco Chile Verde™. Mix well. -
Heat the Oil:
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet or deep fryer to 350°F. -
Dip the Tortillas:
Dip each tortilla in the heated oil to soften them, then set aside. -
Assemble the Taquitos:
Place about 4 oz of the chicken mixture in each tortilla and roll to form a taquito. Secure with a toothpick. -
Fry the Taquitos:
Working in batches, fry 5-6 taquitos at a time, ensuring they have room to cook evenly. Fry until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per batch.
