Keep America Spicy! Gilly Up!

  • 1 lb cocktail or salad shrimp
  • ½ cup cucumber, cored peeled and small diced
  • 2 avocados, cored and small cubed
  • ½ cup sweet onion (Vidalia or Maui), small diced
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • ½ cup Gilly Loco Traditional Salsa
  • 2 Tablespoons Gilly Loco Tomatillo Salsa
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup tomato can clam juice cocktail
  • 4 roma tomatoes, cored and small diced


1.    Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate and serve chilled with warm tortilla chips

Chef Notes:

Add a splash of fresh squeezed orange juice for an extra citrus flavor or a Tablespoon of Atomic Horseradish for an extra kick. If you really like it Loco Hot, substitute Ghost Pepper Salsa for Traditional Salsa.
